I’m no stranger to walking diverse paths.

They’ve often been the best adventures — opening new perspectives, possibilities and lessons in leadership.

It’s how my professional journey has spanned finance, strategy, marketing and operations. For a long time, that diversity felt difficult to explain. We’re often encouraged to stay within one box.

But over time, I came to see the value of using the whole toolbox.

A diverse lens helps connect the dots across business, people, performance and execution. It cuts through noise, creates clarity and helps move ideas into action.

Across restructures, rebuilds, relaunches and periods of change, my work has followed a simple thread:

I am Liesel, part Strategist part Seeker.

As a Strategist, Space Holder and Seeker. My mission is to empower others to create meaningful impact that lights up, from the inside out.

I bring together two decades of corporate leadership and business transformation with a deep passion for personal growth, adventure, and authentic living.

Three threads that shaped my journey:
